The public record
The public record is provided as a supplement to the 'official' public record of dumping and countervailing inquiries conducted by Customs and Border Protection. There is no login required to access this information for recent inquiries. The official public record is held at Customs House in Canberra.

Submissions made to the Electronic Public Record (EPR) marked non-confidential will remain on the EPR indefinitely as public documents.

Archived cases
Cases are archived after all action has ceased. The archived cases page is currently being populated and once completed, login for old cases will not be required.
The archive will contain:
- the public record from case 119 onwards; and
- full case information for cases finalised since early 2012
Please note that detailed case information and public record is not available for reinvestigations prior to ITR 203, accelerated reviews prior to ITR 194 and for all duty assessments. The results of these types of case are notified in ITRB status reports which are published monthly by ACDN. Final public reports for reinvestigations and accelerated reviews are available on the ITRB reports page.
For certain older cases, login is still required. Registered users may view the public record material for all previous subscribed cases.
The public record for older cases is in the process of being transferred to the archived cases page. When completed, login will not be required.
