If you are unable to locate your invoice for payment straight away, please try again in five minutes.

 

 

Single Payment Option

This option is generally used by infrequent Clients who need to make a one-off payment to Customs and Border Protection.  To use this option locate the Customer Reference Number, in the payment options section at the bottom of the Invoice, Payment Advice or Notice of Assessment that you have received from Customs and Border Protection.  ICS Clients can locate the Customer Reference Number on the Financial Transactions view; Outbound Message view; Information view screens; and in the Import Declaration EDI outbound message.

Regular clients may choose to register as a user of the Online Payment Facility, which will allow you to view your account information online and structure payments according to your needs. A receipt number will be displayed at the end of the each online transaction and can be printed as a record of payment.

Registered users can manage their payments to Customs and Border Protection and keep a track of payment history using this facility. Transactions are available for payment within 15 minutes of creation within Customs and Border Protection’s financial system.

To register as a user of Customs and Border Protections online payment facility, you must have details of an existing outstanding transaction as an outstanding invoice number must be quoted during initial registration. 

Note: You only need to register once for each client/customer account number.

Single Payment Help

The Single Payment option is generally used by infrequent Clients who need to make a one-off payment to Customs and Border Protection.

In order to use this option the Client will need to know the Customer Reference Number for that particular transaction.  Please note that a new Customer Reference Number is generated for each new transaction and should not be used more than once.
